Our Investment approach

The fund will target social enterprises in sectors including workforce development, healthcare, education, fair trade, organic food, and non-profit services. Our sophisticated investment structures will ensure that portfolio companies can achieve their expansion goals without compromising mission. We are seeking to make later stage (Series B and beyond) equity and equity-like investments ranging in size from $1 – 3 million in organizations that meet the criteria listed below. Please note that we are not currently investing in start-up organizations.

• Revenue recognition and proof of concept
• 2yrs+ operating history
• Identifiable cost associated with social returns
• Measurable and profound Social Return on Investment
• Mission impact mostly in domestic US
